• OppFunding retains 5% of the total funds raised in each campaign as a service fee. This fee is deducted automatically before the disbursement of funds to the campaign organizer.

6. Fund Disbursement

• Funds will be disbursed to campaign organizers after verification of their identity and campaign legitimacy.
• OppFunding reserves the right to delay or withhold disbursements if fraudulent or illegal activities are suspected.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misrepresent themselves or their campaigns.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misuse funds raised.
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Post harmful, misleading, or offensive content.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• OppFunding is committed to protecting user privacy. Anonymous donations are permitted to maintain donor confidentiality.
• Personal data will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the content they submit to the platform. By submitting content, users grant OppFunding a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it for promotional purposes.
